If this profile resonates with you and you wish to become part of a team driven by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide administrative support for the tax department’s routines, assisting with verification, recording, and organization of tax documents, fulfillment of ancillary obligations, and support in tax calculation, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the company’s internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify and record incoming and outgoing invoices in the ERP system, checking taxes and other mandatory data; * Support calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ISS, ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, etc.); * Organize and maintain physical and digital archives of tax documents; * Assist in generating and delivering ancillary obligations such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DIME, GIA, among others; * Monitor tax withholdings (ISS, IRRF, INSS, etc.); * Support responses to audits and inspections by selecting and organizing requested documents; * Keep supplier and product tax registrations up to date; * Support other departmental routines as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Prior experience in tax and administrative routines, preferably in companies operating in infrastructure, transportation, civil construction, or highway concessions. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Transportation Voucher. **In our selection processes, all individuals are welcome. Way\-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea, an investment management platform specialized in partnership with Banco Itaú, with expertise across various business areas—including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way\-262 and Way\-364\. **Way\-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS\-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS\-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at its junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. holds the concession for MS\-112 and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia—a distance of 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 section under concession runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 section extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—a distance of 18.10 kilometers—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR\-262, covering the stretch beginning at kilometer 360\+100 at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim, extending to kilometer 799 at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—a total of 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way\-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG\-GO manages 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins on BR\-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO\-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR\-153/MG **–** from Itumbiara/GO (end of the bridge over the Parnaíba River) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR\-262); BR\-262/MG **–** from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR\-050) to its junction with BR\-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way\-364 \-** Concessionária da Rodovia BR\-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. The federal concession is a project spanning Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with 245,000 inhabitants and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the junction of BR\-163 and BR\-364, highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
