




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of internal and external areas of the real estate agency, ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep the workplace organized, clean, and hygienic 2. Maintain furniture, equipment, and facilities in good condition 3. Follow hygiene, safety, and proper product usage guidelines * **Perform cleaning and maintenance** of internal and external areas of the real estate agency (reception, offices, restrooms, kitchenette, and common areas); * Maintain a workplace that is **organized, clean, and hygienic**, ensuring the company presents itself professionally; * **Organize and manage** cleaning and kitchen supplies, reporting when replenishment is needed; * Assist in **organizing customer service and meeting rooms; * **Collect and dispose of waste appropriately; * Maintain **furniture, equipment, and facilities** in good condition; * **Follow hygiene, safety, and proper usage guidelines** for cleaning products; * Prepare coffee. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate or real estate environments * Availability to support external activities or occasional requests Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.729,80 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
