




Job Summary: Responsible for performing administrative support activities for the distribution of finished products, including delivery and return handling, and monitoring of logistics processes. Monitoring of loading and reverse logistics processes Responsible for performing administrative activities that support the distribution of finished products, assisting in delivery and return handling. **Responsibilities and Duties** PROCESS ACTIVITIES * Support and guide driver scheduling activities; * Monitor cargo or invoice reassignment activities whenever necessary; * Assist in recording appropriate actions in cases of discrepancies identified during route inspections; * Monitor cargo delivery accountability reporting; * Support TH processes whenever necessary; * Support delivery, collection of PPEs, and signature collection on the PPE form whenever necessary; * Monitor fleet maintenance and preservation items; * Complete the Incident Control Form (ICF), collect signatures, and forward to MAPIM. * Verify Reverse Logistics (products/containers and supplies) through the Cargo Accountability Report, releasing reverse logistics loading destined for the origin unit; * Authorize vehicle entry, perform blind inspection of products and containers, and compare results against invoices (NFs) per procedure.
