Description

Perform maintenance services and small-scale masonry, concrete, and other material construction works, including laying ceramic floor tiles, bricks, and glazed tiles; cladding walls, ceilings, and slabs; and performing final finishing, ensuring the quality standards of the services provided. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform masonry, concrete, and other material construction works during renovations, modifying or expanding properties owned by the Institution; * Verify the characteristics of the works to be performed by reviewing blueprints and specifications to guide the selection of appropriate materials and execution methods; * Prepare mortar for laying bricks, tiles, glazed tiles, and related materials by mixing cement, sand, and water in appropriate proportions; * Construct foundations using stones and cement to form the base for walls, fences, and similar structures; * Lay bricks, tiles, floor coverings, and glazed tiles in horizontal rows or according to design patterns, bonding them with mortar to erect walls, lintels, columns, steps, etc.; * Plaster constructed structures using lime or cement-and-sand mortars, ensuring vertical alignment (plumb) and leveling; * Construct concrete bases or bases made of other materials to enable machine installation; * Repair walls, floors, roofs, roof framing, sanitary fixtures, anchoring bases of damaged machinery, etc.; * Perform and assume responsibility for other related tasks as required by the Department; * Receive related materials purchased for maintenance; * Grout areas clad with glazed tiles, mosaic tiles, or joints of sinks and countertops. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum six months of experience in this role; * Experience in masonry, concrete, and finishing activities. **Additional Information** **Salary:** 3\.056,03 **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 **Work Schedule:** 5x2 **(**Monday to Friday) **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. It commenced clinical operations on January 03, 2011, with gradual implementation, progressively increasing the number of beds available to Uberlândia’s public health network. To serve the medium-complexity health needs of Uberlândia/MG’s population—estimated at approximately 600,000 inhabitants—the HMMDOLC operates in full partnership with the Municipal Health Secretariat of Uberlândia, focusing on supporting primary care units requiring secondary-level resolution, following a referral-based model for hospitalizations, outpatient care, and diagnostics.
