This professional performs essential functions to ensure that the workplace meets appropriate standards of hygiene, safety, and organization, contributing to smooth operational performance. * Clean and preserve internal and external areas of the operational base, including rest rooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, courtyards, and parking areas; * Clean and organize equipment and materials used at the base; * Perform proper collection and disposal of waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations; * Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and general-use materials at the base, replenishing as needed; * Wash floors, windows, furniture, and equipment at the base using appropriate products and tools; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of employee and user common and rest areas; * Assist in meal organization, if the base has a cafeteria; * Support operational safety at the base by maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees; * Comply with safety regulations, correctly using cleaning products and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education; Prior experience in cleaning services or similar activities is desirable. **Additional Information** On-site work at the highway base; Work Schedule: Shift-based (2x2\). For the Way\-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way\-306** The Concessionaire of MS\-306 Highway S.A. manages the entire length of MS\-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its intersection with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and also incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia — all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** The Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. manages the concession of MS\-112 and segments of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends from its intersection with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its intersection with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its intersection with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment extends from its intersection with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The Concessionaire of BR 262 MG Highway S.A. manages the BR\-262 concession, covering the stretch beginning at km 360\+100 — at its intersection with BR\-381 in Betim — to km 799 — at its intersection with BR\-050 in Uberaba — totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
