Job Summary:
Civil Engineering Internship to support budgeting, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, scheduling, and project management.
Key Highlights:
1. Support in preparing and reviewing construction budgets
2. Conducting quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
3. Assisting in budget management and schedule monitoring
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the preparation, review, and updating of construction budgets.
* Perform quantity takeoffs based on technical drawings.
* Assist in cost composition for materials, labor, and services.
* Support the preparation and monitoring of physical\-financial schedules.
* Monitor physical and financial measurements of construction projects.
* Support analysis of actual vs. budgeted costs and identification of variances.
* Update controls, spreadsheets, performance indicators, and dashboards.
* Assist in budget management (input registration, approvals, entries) within the ERP system (Sienge).
* Support analysis of supplier proposals and quotations.
* Assist in preparing management reports and supporting construction, planning, and control teams.
* Assist in managing the supplier quotation matrix.
**Requirements:**
\- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program
\- Basic knowledge of the Sienge ERP system is desirable.
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
\- Proactivity and ability to work in a team;
Internship stipend: R$1\.800,00

Working hours: 6 hours per day \- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM

**Completed graduation does not qualify as an internship.**
