Delta Sucroenergia is seeking an engaged professional to join our team! Responsibilities and Duties * Operate tractors with transshipment implements, transporting sugarcane from harvesting fronts to loading points (scale or loader). * Monitor and coordinate transshipments with harvesters to optimize loading time. * Perform daily equipment checklist before starting the shift. * Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness. * Immediately report any mechanical failure or system anomaly to the maintenance department. * Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental procedures. * Support the harvesting team with other field operational activities whenever necessary. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education (minimum). * Prior experience operating tractors or agricultural equipment is a plus. * Availability to work rotating shifts and in rural areas. * Residence in Miguelópolis-SP.
