**Frutal/MG industry is hiring a Packaging Coordinator responsible for:** * Coordinating the packaging area’s team and resources, ensuring achievement of production targets, product quality, workplace safety, and team development, in alignment with Cervejaria Cidade Imperial’s culture and policies; * Leading, motivating, and developing the packaging operators’ team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment; * Managing team performance by monitoring individual KPIs and providing continuous feedback; * Identifying team training and development needs and implementing actions to enhance employees’ skills and competencies; * Conducting recruitment and selection processes for new packaging operators; * Responsible for meritocracy and promotion processes; * Resolving conflicts and promoting team harmony; * Planning and organizing packaging activities, including setting production targets, work schedules, and resource allocation; * Monitoring packaging line performance by tracking production indicators such as efficiency, productivity, and quality. **Requirements/Experience:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Willingness to relocate and travel; * Postgraduate degree in: Human Resource Management, Industrial Management, Production Management, or related fields; * Experience in the beverage industry in this role; * Knowledge of N12, Occupational Safety, and Brewing.
