Responsibilities and Duties * Operate tractors ranging from small to large size or harvesters to perform sugarcane ratooning, stubble cutting, straw windrowing, cultivation, and other cultural practices. * Adjust the height and cutting angle of the implement to ensure proper stubble management without damaging the crop. * Perform lubrication, inspection of cutting blades and knives, and check oil and water levels before and during operation. * Report any mechanical defects in the machine or implement to the supervisor or maintenance team. Requirements and Qualifications * Driver's License Category B. * Elementary education. * Reside in Conceição das Alagoas\- MG.
