




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising the physical execution of hydroelectric construction projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance on site Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree: Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; * Prior experience as Site Manager or Resident Engineer on other hydroelectric projects; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: * Supervise the physical execution of the project; * Coordinate field supervisors; * Ensure issuance of Daily Construction Reports; * Review and certify measurement reports; * Ensure implementation of safety, health, and environmental standards. Interfaces: * Project Manager and Project Coordinator: for alignment and progress reporting; * Engineering team: to validate solutions and clarify technical queries; * Planning Engineers: to confirm physical progress; * Field Supervisors: for management of work fronts; * Quality team: to support inspections and controls; * SSO (Safety, Security, and Occupational Health) and Environment teams: for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation; * Commissioning Engineer: for test planning; * Operations team: to ensure functional requirements and readiness for O\&M; * Logistics and Procurement teams: for material and equipment flow. 2512180202551866102
