Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising the physical construction execution of hydropower projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Working as Site Manager or Resident Engineer at hydropower plants 2. Supervision and coordination of construction execution 3. Electrical or mechanical engineering Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; * Prior experience as Site Manager or Resident Engineer on other hydropower projects; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: * Supervise the physical construction execution; * Coordinate field supervisors; * Ensure issuance of Daily Construction Reports; * Evaluate and certify measurement reports; * Ensure implementation of safety, health, and environmental regulations. Interfaces: * Project Manager and Project Coordinator: for alignment and progress reporting; * Engineering team: for validation of solutions and clarification of technical queries; * Planning Engineers: for confirmation of physical progress; * Field Supervisors: for management of work fronts; * Quality team: for support in inspections and controls; * SSO (Safety, Security, and Occupational Health) and Environment teams: for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation; * Commissioning Engineer: for test planning; * Operations team: to ensure functional requirements and preparation for O\&M; * Logistics and Procurement teams: for material and equipment flow. 2512180202551866102
