




Description: Coordinate processes and teams related to sugarcane cultural practices, ensuring adherence to daily schedules and alignment with agricultural planning. Monitor performance indicators, ensure operational quality, and promote interdepartmental integration to ensure process efficiency. Manage resources and prepare the area’s budget, overseeing activity execution in accordance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Responsibilities and Duties * Participate in developing the cultural practices process plan based on historical harvest estimates and future objectives. * Distribute schedules and technical recommendations to supervisors, ensuring activities are executed as planned. * Monitor performance indicators and address identified deviations to ensure achievement of established targets. * Participate in preparing the area’s budget, tracking the comparison between forecasted and actual expenditures, and making necessary adjustments. * Ensure all stages of cultural practices processes are carried out in accordance with established quality standards. * Maintain constant communication with other departments to ensure process efficiency and problem resolution. * Develop the Annual Vinasse Application Plan (PAV). * Recommend herbicide dosages according to harvest planning, weather conditions, soil characteristics, and sugarcane variety, ensuring application quality. * Lead and develop the cultural practices team, promoting improvements in individual and collective performance while complying with HR policies and labor legislation. * Ensure efficient use of resources (machinery, inputs, and labor) for executing area activities. * Conduct technical and behavioral training to develop employees’ skills. * Analyze soil, weather, and sugarcane variety conditions to effectively plan cultural practices activities. * Supervise the use of inputs such as fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, ensuring proper application and compliance with budgetary constraints. * Ensure all activities comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Introduce innovative technologies and methods to improve process efficiency and sustainability. * Prepare reports on area activities and results for managerial analysis and decision-making. * Coordinate logistics for cultural practices activities, including input transportation and machinery allocation. * Estimate sugarcane field production based on soil analysis, varieties, and climatic conditions. * Identify and resolve issues related to cultural practices activities, ensuring operational continuity. * Represent the cultural practices area in strategic meetings, consolidating information and discussing improvements. * Promote sustainable agricultural practices that minimize environmental impact and optimize resource use.
