Your responsibilities will include: * Planning and monitoring electromechanical maintenance activities in coordination with PCM * Assigning and controlling maintenance team activities * Analyzing technical incidents and proposing process improvements * Developing optimization and improvement projects for equipment and facilities * Managing work orders, budgets, procurement, and third-party vendors * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations You will be a key contributor to enhancing our asset performance and ensuring operational efficiency. ? What we are looking for: * Degree in **Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, Control and Automation, or Production) * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Maintenance/PCM Management is desirable * Leadership profile, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach ?
