Order management and departmental support The professional will work in the procurement and inventory control department, responsible for daily updates of manufacturers' prices and target monitoring, registration of original and aftermarket parts, as well as supplier registration. They will procure parts for all brands by entering orders into manufacturers' portals and provide departmental support, including telephone assistance to inventory clerks. Additionally, they will prepare order reports, cancel orders when necessary, and authorize internal orders within the system, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in procurement and inventory processes.
