




Job Summary: Senior System Implementation Analyst responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Senior system in HR/Personnel modules, acting as the primary contact point and proposing improvements. Analysis, improvement, and development of reports **Senior System Implementation Analyst** **Job Responsibilities:** * Implementing and maintaining the Senior system in the HR/Personnel module. * Providing user support and assistance for Senior systems used by HR and Personnel departments, including performing analyses, proposing improvements, and developing reports. * Acting as the single point of contact with Senior Sistemas, supporting integrations with other systems, and overseeing implementation processes and version updates. **Requirements:** * Advanced knowledge of the Senior system — HR/Personnel module. * Proven experience with Senior Sistemas modules such as Ronda X, HCM, Medicine and Safety, Access, among others, including configuration, maintenance, and support. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. * Familiarity with Oracle Database. * Knowledge of JAVA, Javascript, and PL/SQL. * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. * 100% on-site position. **Benefits:** * Health insurance / Dental insurance * Partnerships with multiple institutions for discounts * Meal allowance * Monthly kit of Start Química products * Free parking / Transportation allowance.
