Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct inspections and tests on products and production processes, ensuring compliance with established specifications. * Document and record analysis and inspection results, preparing non-conformance reports when necessary. * Collaborate in implementing quality control plans, contributing to continuous process improvement. * Analyze and monitor quality indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions for identified issues. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and support for quality analyses. * Train and raise awareness among team members regarding quality practices and procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards. * Monitor and maintain measurement and testing equipment in proper working condition, in accordance with quality standards. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical or higher education degree in Chemistry, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required. * Residence in Conceição das Alagoas\- MG or Uberaba\- MG.
