Then submit your resume here! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for organizing and overseeing administrative area activities related to asset security, facilities management, personnel transportation, secretarial services, and related functions; preparing reports and performance indicators for analysis by the administrative management; and establishing operational standards and procedures to meet the company’s needs and objectives. Monitors and analyzes performance indicators, defining action plans jointly with administrative management and the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience in the administrative field and team management; Driver’s License Category B; Willingness to reside in the Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo region \- SP AGT stems from a history marked by love for the land, respect for people, and pursuit of growth.
