We are looking for a **Senior Instrument Technician** to join the **Industrial Instrumentation** team in **Ipaussu\-SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Planning, development, and corrective and preventive maintenance on instrumentation systems and infrastructure; * Development of new control strategies; * Maintenance of control valves; * Maintenance of pneumatic actuators; * Maintenance of transmitters: pressure, level, temperature, and flow; * Maintenance of field networks Profibus, Asi, PA, Hart, and 4 to 20 mA; * Maintenance of CCTV; * Configuration of Profibus and 4\-20 transmitters; inverters, soft starters, and Simocode; * Configuration of devices using Simatic PDM platform; * Calibration of field analytical instruments; * Implementation, configuration, and startup of new equipment; * Perform Profibus network analysis; * Execution of sector checklists; * Technical specification of equipment; * Monitoring to ensure all control loops operate automatically; * Focus on preventive maintenance (checklist); * Focus on safety and HSSE. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Technical degree in Instrumentation, Automation, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Knowledge of Siemens PLCs, electrical controls, and reading and interpreting technical drawings; electrical drives; calibration of pressure, level, temperature, and flow transmitters; hydraulics and pneumatics; instrumentation and metrology; field instrumentation (transmitters and final control elements); industrial networks and Profibus communication protocol; reading and interpreting logical, electrical, and functional diagrams; * Proficiency in Office software; * Experience in the role and in sugar, ethanol, and bioenergy production processes; * Availability to work shifts and rotating 5 x 1 schedules; * Mobility to reside in the Ipaussu \- SP region. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (there may be additional ones, which you will learn about if you progress): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview \- a conversation for us to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily tasks and challenges.
