Description: * High school diploma required - Technical course in Mechanics, Machining, Tooling or related fields from SENAI or an institution recognized by MEC; * Necessary skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Necessary skills with measurement instruments and dimensional control; * Required experience in CNC programming and operation of CNC lathes and machining centers; * Required experience in adjustment and assembly of technical parts; * Preferably residing in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo. * Construct, adjust, repair and maintain tools, molds, devices and technical parts used in the production line, operating conventional lathes, machining centers, CNC machines and mechanical adjustment processes; * Responsible for programming CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings and defining the best machining strategy, focusing on precision, durability and functionality of the produced parts; * Perform monitoring and control of consumption and requirements of tool holders, inserts and cutting fluids, as well as concentration control using a refractometer; * Read and interpret mechanical technical drawings and create CNC machining ISO programs; * Interact with CAD/CAM systems; * Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts according to technical drawings; * Responsible for deburring and finishing of parts; * Responsible for keeping tool holders, inserts and devices properly maintained and organized. 2510080202481533348
