Job Summary: Assist in the warranty process for agricultural machinery and equipment, supporting after-sales operations, recording information, and maintaining communication with various departments. Maintenance of contact with technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments Description: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability; * Prior experience in administrative tasks or in the after-sales segment is desirable; * Medical certificate; * Assist in warranty processes for agricultural machinery and equipment; * Support the after-sales team in tracking and monitoring warranty requests; * Record and organize information in internal systems and platforms; * Assist in sending and receiving parts and documents related to warranty services; * Maintain contact with technicians, manufacturers, and other company departments; * Support administrative routines within the after-sales department. 2511190202461876390
