Work on developing communication, language, and social interaction to help improve quality of life, conduct assessments, and intervene in areas such as speech, oral and written language, hearing, and voice; develop speech-language intervention plans that include specific techniques and activities to improve speech, language, social interaction, and other communicative skills in patients with ASD. Completion of an Alternative Communication (AAC) course is a plus.
