Job Summary: Perform minor repairs across various areas, assist in electrical and hydraulic maintenance, carry out painting work and other conservation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Perform painting and cleaning tasks * REQUIREMENT: Completed high school education * Basic knowledge as a mason's helper/electrical assistant/hydraulic assistant/painting assistant. **Responsibilities:** * Perform minor repairs on walls, floors, roofs, windows, and doors; * Assist in replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and other electrical and hydraulic maintenance tasks as instructed; * Carry out painting work, clean water tanks and external areas, and perform other property conservation activities; * Assist in preventive maintenance tasks to avoid future failures and extend the service life of equipment and facilities; * And other related duties.
