Maintaining cleanliness across various areas of the industrial plant **Job Description:** The Grupo Seres, in partnership with an industrial multinational company, is seeking a professional for the role of Charcoal Discharge Operator. **Responsibilities:** Operate the charcoal discharge tipping system Operate the charcoal screening system Unload charcoal into silos and storage areas Collect fines from screens Assist in relocating charcoal trucks Perform cleaning in the charcoal discharge area and railway line Extract charcoal from feeders onto conveyor TC01 Clean the loading building, running area, and top of blast furnaces Clean the charcoal discharge shed, dust collectors 06, 07, 08, 09, and 10 Clean raw material storage areas Clean the compressor room Clean conveyors 01, 02, and 03 Clean conveyors 04, 09, 10, and 15 Clean conveyors 05, 11, 12, and 17 Clean weighing silos 01 and 09 Clean flux silos 01, 02, 03, 04, and 05 Clean loading chutes **Working Hours:** **Shifts:** 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; **Schedule:** Rotating shifts. **Work Model:** On-site. **Work Location:** Barra Mansa, Rio de Janeiro \- Brazil We encourage applications from persons with disabilities (PCD), Black individuals, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ community members. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Qualifications:** Completed elementary education; Availability to perform manual labor. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Cafeteria * Standard Employee Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
