**DESCRIPTION:**
· Monitor overtime hours by collecting data from time clocks, calculating the overtime payment amount for each employee, and entering the data into an electronic spreadsheet;
· Monitor the petty cash fund, determining monthly expenditures, entering amounts into an electronic spreadsheet, reporting to the finance department, and issuing a monthly report to senior management;
· Monitor travel funds, identifying expenses, requesting reimbursement from the finance department, entering data into an electronic spreadsheet, and issuing a monthly report to senior management;
· Monitor expenses by verifying dates, amounts, and services rendered via invoices;
· Manage employee transportation and meal allowances, determining the number of vouchers to be issued per employee, collecting signatures and delivery dates;
· Generate reports detailing employee headcount, new hires and terminations, overtime hours, personnel mobilization, expense budgeting, cost justification, and training hours;
· Responsible for the entire onboarding process, including recruitment and selection stages, requesting and submitting documents to HR, scheduling pre-employment medical exams, signing onboarding documents, and immediately forwarding them to HR;
· Coordinate and deliver employee benefits;
· Distribute monthly pay slips;
· Organize and manage vacation schedules;
· Receive and clarify employee inquiries, referring them to HR when necessary;
· Responsible for the entire offboarding process: authorization, delivery and guidance to employees regarding notice periods, final settlement approval, and labor card cancellation;
· Archive company documents, maintaining them in an organized manner;
· Comply with all applicable legal requirements and other requirements communicated as relevant to their area and responsibilities;
**EDUCATION:**
Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Personnel Department operations and electronic timekeeping systems.
**Prior experience in mining companies is a plus.**
Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$2.900,00 per month
