All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide functional support for the TOTVS Protheus ERP, ensuring correct usage of its modules; * Assist users in resolving requests related to HR, Accounting, Finance, and Procurement processes; * Support ERP maintenance and its integrations; * Conduct analysis and gather requirements from business areas; * Suggest process improvements and contribute to greater system efficiency; * Collaborate with technical teams on necessary adjustments, customizations, and integrations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with **TOTVS Protheus** ERP; * Knowledge of **HR, Accounting, Finance, and Procurement** modules; * Functional profile with strong communication skills, commitment to deadlines, analytical thinking, systemic vision, critical thinking, flexibility, organization, initiative, prompt customer service, and focused attention. * Must have easy access to the Seropédica region (Arco Metropolitano). **Additional information** The traditional benefits you already know?
