### **JOB DESCRIPTION**
Responsible for monitoring CCTV system footage to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in internal and external areas of the company to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls access for people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, thereby preventing unauthorized entry. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, promptly informing supervisors of any anomalies or risks.
Identifies and proactively addresses accident risks or situations compromising safety. In emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, or accidents), contacts relevant emergency services and takes action to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers in accordance with internal policies. Collaborates with other security personnel during more complex operations. This position requires constant vigilance, responsibility, strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Downtown area.
### **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Education: Completed high school (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications: Additional training courses in security.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller.
Attention to detail and continuous vigilance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Quick decision-making in risk situations
Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics
Teamwork ability and discretion
Physical stamina and willingness to work night shifts or extended periods standing
Preferably residing in the West Zone or Downtown
Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer literacy (e.g., operating monitoring systems, completing reports, etc.)
