




Description: Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any Information Technology field. Certifications/Courses: Microsoft MD-100 Certification: Windows 10 or equivalent; ISSABEL ASTERISK Version 13.30 or higher. Professional Experience: Experience with installation, administration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments; Experience with IP telephony is a plus. * Replace and relocate modules and equipment as required and per prior planning. * Replace consumables and perform maintenance on equipment such as desktop computers and laser printers. * Perform minor repairs on components of services provided to users, including equipment, systems, and technical/regulatory documentation. * Install and configure software on users' desktop computers and mobile devices. * Develop scripts and packages, and install software. * Generate and deploy system images to computers. * Activate, test, and deactivate network ports and IT equipment. * Perform network cabling services, adhering to connectorization standards. * Execute backup procedures and periodic routines, and restore backups. * Prepare configuration and operation instructions for equipment and software. * Contact users for additional details regarding requests, aiming to resolve issues. * Provide guidance on software and equipment features and usage. * Install and configure printers via TCP/IP protocol. * Coordinate IT vendors through tickets, emails, calls, and meetings. * Maintain inventory control of assets. * Provide support for fixed and mobile telephony. * Document all activities performed. * Clarify customer questions regarding configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance of IT equipment. * Perform other related tasks as needed. 25122102025525466
