**About the Position** The Project Analyst will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and supporting project execution, ensuring that deadlines, costs, quality, and scope are met in accordance with the company’s and stakeholders’ established objectives. They will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring efficient communication and proper management of risks and resources. **Key Responsibilities** Review legal and executive projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards and company guidelines. Execute and coordinate architectural project integration with other disciplines, minimizing on-site conflicts. Develop technical detailing manuals, specifying materials and construction solutions. Prepare and review fenestration and metalwork manuals, ensuring functionality and constructability. Monitor deadlines and quality of deliverables from third-party designers, ensuring adherence to the schedule. Actively participate in meetings with designers, providing guidance and tracking revisions. **Mandatory Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture; Prior experience in project monitoring; Proficiency in tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Construflow, and related systems); Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B; Willingness to reside in Balneário Piçarras. **Desirable Qualifications** Experience in project integration and BIM; Experience with complementary projects; Familiarity with reading installation and structural drawings; Knowledge of additional CAD/BIM tools and project management software (Navisworks, Dalux, etc.); Familiarity with project management platforms such as Construflow, VisusCollab, Construcode, etc.
