Internal department and external partner service and support **Job Mission** Support the execution of administrative and operational processes and procedures through the performance of tasks, and the collection and control of data, information, and documents, thereby contributing to the effective functioning of the assigned department. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, organize, and file expense documentation and other records required for project accountability processes. * Perform entries and updates in spreadsheets and control systems, ensuring standardization and traceability of information. * Collect, verify, and consolidate data and documents submitted by responsible departments, ensuring completeness and compliance with contractual and institutional requirements. * Support preparation and submission of accountability reports and statements according to established schedules and guidelines. * Conduct administrative record-keeping and internal controls related to accountability, following the Organization’s rules and procedures. * Provide service and support to internal departments and external partners, advising them on procedures, deadlines, and documentation submission formats. **Specific Knowledge Requirements** * Prior experience of 1–2 years in similar roles, with focus on accountability and/or third-sector organization management * Advanced Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with accountability in third-sector organizations, especially projects funded by public agencies or international bodies. * Prior experience with platforms such as OSinfo, Siconv, Salic, or similar
