Job Summary: Contract Manager for Industrial or Service Contracts with focus on electrical, refrigeration, civil, and PCM operations, managing teams and negotiating with leadership. Technical analysis and strategic decision-making **Responsibilities:** * Full contract and operations management (electrical, refrigeration, civil, cleaning, green areas, and minor works); * Monitoring of PCM indicators, reports, and data; * SLA assurance, prevention of claim rejections, and achievement of operational targets; * Technical analysis and data-driven decision-making; * Team management and development; * Effective communication and negotiation with leadership; * Risk identification and implementation of preventive and improvement actions. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Engineering degree (active CREA registration); * Experience as an Industrial or Service Contract Manager; * Experience with SSMA, PCM, and technical documentation/NR\-10; * Analytical, directive, dynamic profile with strong communication skills **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well\-being and satisfaction of our employees.
