




**Description:** The Information Technology Department is responsible for supporting business areas, thereby ensuring information integration and security, implementing new solutions, and accelerating strategic decision-making. Its mission is to optimize, organize, and streamline the Institution’s administrative processes through technological means, maintaining IT governance aligned with the Institution’s administrative business areas. Administer computerized environments, provide technical support to customers, and prepare technical documentation. Establish standards, coordinate projects, provide solutions for computerized environments, and research information technology. **Technical Support:** Provide assistance to users in person, by telephone, or via e-mail to resolve technical issues, which may involve hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, and networks; **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform basic maintenance on computers, printers, and other technology devices; **Installation and Configuration:** Assist with the installation and configuration of operating systems, software, and applications on computers and mobile devices; **Network Management:** Assist in the administration and monitoring of local networks and connectivity devices; **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose technical problems and identify appropriate solutions, at both hardware and software levels. Requirements **Technical Course in:** IT, Computer Networks, or Computer Maintenance and Support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
