Participation in the improvement of administrative and operational processes An environmental services company seeks a Logistics Analyst in Itaguaí (Leandro). **Responsibilities:** Direct involvement in operational logistics management, monitoring routines, KPIs, and deviations, with focus on operational efficiency and continuity. Control and analysis of working hours (time banking, overtime, and absenteeism), including validation, justification, and handling of disciplinary matters, as well as implementation of corrective actions aligned with operations. Active interface with HR, maintenance, commercial, and occupational safety teams to ensure operational compliance, fleet availability, and alignment with internal standards. Monitoring of financial and operational KPIs, including critical analysis and presentation of results in weekly and monthly meetings. Management of operational information, including control, closure, and digitalization of service orders, ensuring process organization and traceability. Customer service delivery. Route planning and trip monitoring. Monitoring of operational supplies, ensuring consumption control and supporting operational planning. Integrated collaboration with operational leadership in day-to-day management, contributing to demand prioritization and problem resolution. Participation in structuring and improving administrative and operational processes within the area. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Specialist, Logistics Planner, or Logistics Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
