Your Typical Day: \- Preparation of financial statements; \- Audit monitoring; \- Monitoring and validation of accounting closing; \- Monitoring and validation of tax closing; \- Guidance for team queries; \- Training, development, and talent retention; \- Execution and monitoring of management rituals, including: Ponto, PDI (Individual Development Plan), 1:1 (individual meetings), Acessória, Turim.
