This professional will serve as the technical reference within the team, contributing to data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement of analytical processes, and data democratization. **Responsibilities and Daily Activities** * Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. * Extract, transform, and load data using AWS S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena. * Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX and Power Query). * Develop and optimize SQL queries for large volumes of data. * Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation. * Ensure data quality, governance, and standardization. * Serve as a technical reference and support the team in adopting best practices. * Translate business requirements into analytical solutions. * Support self-service BI initiatives and data democratization. * Version code and track tasks via Git and Azure DevOps. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Technical Requirements** **Tools and Technologies** * BI and Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query * Databases: Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience handling large data volumes * AWS Ecosystem: Practical experience with Amazon S3, AWS Glue (ETL/Crawlers), and Amazon Athena * Programming: Solid knowledge of Python, using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data analysis * DevOps / Version Control: Experience with Git and Azure DevOps Data Democratization: Experience with Metabase or similar self-service BI tools * **Education** * Completed undergraduate degree * Fields of study: Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines **Behavioral Competencies** * **Technical Leadership and Collaboration** Act as the technical reference for the team, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, without direct people management responsibilities. * **Complex Problem Solving** Ability to analyze ambiguous scenarios, identify root causes, and propose creative and effective solutions. * **Business Acumen** Ability to align technical solutions with strategic objectives, ensuring real value generation for the company. * **Clear Communication and Influence** Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence decisions based on data. * **Autonomy and Proactivity** Independent profile capable of identifying opportunities, anticipating problems, and acting proactively. ### **BENEFITS** * Structured career development plan. * Profit-sharing program (PLR). * Medical and dental insurance. * Meal allowance and food allowance. * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance. * Life insurance. * Salary advance. * Christmas bonus. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
