Job Summary: A Welding Assistant supports welders in welding activities, prepares materials, and maintains a safe workplace, adhering to internal standards and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Support in assembling metal structures The company manufactures industrial equipment for various applications in seedling nurseries. We are seeking a **Welding Assistant** to support welding processes. Main Responsibilities: * Assist welders in welding activities (MIG and TIG, as applicable); * Prepare parts and materials for welding (cutting, cleaning, grinding, positioning); * Support the assembly of metal structures and components; * Organize tools and maintain a clean and safe workplace; * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience as a welding assistant or in metallurgy (preferred); * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; * Basic understanding of workplace safety; * Proactivity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Training in welding or metalworking; * Experience in machinery manufacturing industry. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break. Benefits: \* Meal Voucher, R$ 22.00 per workday; \* Transportation Voucher, non-deductible from payroll.
