Service and quality assurance using measurement equipment * Responsible for on-site customer service, ensuring installation or repair of services through fiber optic cabling, enabling TV, internet, and telephone services; * Working in residential homes or buildings; * Handling fiber optic splice closures; * Configuring equipment such as modems, routers, and decoders; * Ensuring service quality through the use of measurement equipment; * Meeting production and quality performance indicators; * Performing other duties of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility.
