Willingness to learn new skills and grow **Job Description:** A High School Intern (Grocery) is responsible for: * Serving our customers with excellence; * Displaying products on shelves according to the standard layout; * Using the PVPS system (First Expired, First Out); * Identifying and pricing products; * Monitoring expiration dates; * Removing from sales areas any products unfit for consumption, segregating and recording losses, and preventing stockouts in the sales area; * Reporting to supervisors products with low turnover or approaching expiration; * Keeping the handling area, sales area, equipment, and utensils clean, sanitized, and organized to prevent cross-contamination; * Participating in training sessions, meetings, and inventories; * Performing other tasks and procedures related to this position and department; **Our expectations for this professional:** * Serve our internal and external customers with excellence, ensuring all questions are fully addressed; * Deliver standardized service in accordance with **\"The Zomper Way of Serving\"** (cordiality, friendliness, patience, etc.); * Daily practice of our core values: **Serving Humanity, Humility, Emotional Balance, Execution, Meticulousness, Commitment, Knowledge**; * Demonstrate owner’s mindset; * Think outside the box—i.e., remain open to new learning opportunities and professional growth. **Essential Requirements:** * Genuine enjoyment and satisfaction in working with people; * Availability to work night shifts, holidays, and weekends; * Currently enrolled in high school; Join our family!
