Learn more about this opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** You will \>\> Perform tasks related to administrative, financial, and academic control, such as document organization and archiving, report preparation, deadline and process management, as well as providing information and technical\-administrative support. You will also provide internal and external public service, either in person, by phone, or through digital channels, always aiming to ensure the smooth operation of the Institution's routine activities. Other responsibilities include collaborating with teams across different departments and performing additional administrative support tasks as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in administrative routines. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Comprehensive health insurance; * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * 100% tuition scholarship. Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM\.
