Handle structuring and management of supply contracts Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in the construction industry, including contracting labor and materials; * Proficiency in negotiation techniques; * Knowledge of contract management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Lead strategic procurement and contracting processes for complex materials and services; * Lead commercial negotiations to optimize costs, improve contractual terms, and achieve sustainable gains; * Develop, qualify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers; * Handle structuring and management of supply and service contracts, including amendments and renegotiations; * Support construction, engineering, and planning teams from the pre\-construction phase; * Implement and monitor Strategic Sourcing initiatives; * Ensure compliance with company policies, internal standards, and regulatory requirements; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as savings, lead time, SLA, and supplier performance; * Support internal and external audits related to procurement; * Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level analysts; * Propose and implement continuous improvements in procurement processes; * Manage supply and contract-related risks. 2512180202551280572
