Load Verification Techniques: Knowledge of specific procedures for verifying different types of loads, including counting, volumetric measurement, and inspection of product integrity. 5. Operation of electronic devices such as barcode scanners/TMS. 6. Familiarity with handling equipment such as pallet jacks and pallets. Responsibilities/Skills 1. Obtain the collection schedule from the responsible person and perform loading at the customer site according to the locations designated and negotiated by Rocell. 2. Verify that all resources required for collection are available and in good condition (pallet jacks, pallets, stretch film). 3. Verify materials provided by the customer according to the agreed terms (by invoice or by SKU). 4. Ensure packaging integrity and proper handling, respecting indicative symbols. 5. Do not collect loads presenting shortages or damage. 6. Ensure proper document flow and verify all related documents. 7. Guarantee safe accommodation throughout the entire process—on pallets, during handling, and while transporting in vehicles. 8. Sign delivery manifests for the customer only after full verification and confirmation of correct quantities. 9. Record possible risks and irregularities on the order, document, or manifest retained by the customer. 10. Notify the responsible person immediately upon identifying discrepancies. 11. Monitor load verification upon arrival at the warehouse.
