Description
We are seeking a Field Technician to work for a major client in the field of water resource management and sanitation solutions, with a focus on supporting utilities, industrial facilities, and operations that depend on water use efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
* Execute operational procedures related to your scope of work;
* Issue service orders aligned with instructions from your supervisor or hierarchical superior;
* Issue customer service requests (SACs) aligned with instructions from your supervisor or hierarchical superior;
* Complete and submit documentation related to your work;
* Perform contractual and extra-contractual activities at client sites based on service orders;
* Perform corrective and preventive maintenance based on service orders;
* Perform activities and maintenance aligned with instructions from your supervisor or hierarchical superior;
* Control and organize items in the technical warehouse;
* Perform assembly and installation of equipment and systems;
* Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance for the vehicle assigned to you;
* Responsible for the integrity and proper care of your tool box, instruments, and analytical kits;
* Responsible for the integrity and proper care of work kits (parts, tubing, rings, etc.);
* Responsible for the integrity and proper care of work equipment (CIP units, vacuum cleaners, etc.) in your possession;
* Responsible for the integrity, proper care, appropriate identification, and cleaning of equipment under maintenance;
* Responsible for the safe operation of equipment under maintenance (quality and productivity);
* Immediately report any deviations in the system under maintenance to your supervisor or hierarchical superior;
* Do not leave the system under maintenance in an unsafe condition regarding operation and quality;
* Comply with the company’s qualification and training guidelines;
* Assist with internal company maintenance;
* Responsible for complying with occupational health and safety regulations applicable to yourself and your colleagues;
* Immediately report any deviations to both your supervisor and the Quality Department simultaneously.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or vocational education in chemistry, pharmacy, electrical engineering, hydraulics, mechanics, assembly, automation, electro-technical engineering, or electronics;
* Driver’s License Category B;
* Microsoft Office suite proficiency;
* Flexible working hours availability.
Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month
