




Manage logistical processes of both owned and third-party business units within the state region of operation, in accordance with policies and guidelines established by Management, defining action plans and providing technical leadership for the area to achieve the company’s objectives, mission, and vision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the work performed by managers of owned and third-party business units within the state region of operation to ensure service quality and timely execution of all logistical operational processes, in compliance with organizational policies and guidelines, thereby supporting the company’s strategy and satisfying internal and external customers; * Evaluate processes and operational results of owned and third-party business units within the state region of operation through analysis of operational and performance indicators, as well as on-site visits, to ensure full availability of transportation flows; * Provide operational advisory, standardization, and guidance to owned and third-party business units within the state region of operation, through team management and based on operational procedures, to ensure operational sustainability of the business; * Manage physical, human, and material resources of the area to comply with standards, procedures, and assigned requests, thereby achieving the company’s objectives, vision, and mission; * Jointly establish with Management departmental goals and indicators, cascade them into team and owned/third-party business unit goals and indicators according to the state region of operation, and provide technical advisory support to Management in decision-making involving responsibilities within this area and related objectives; * Manage business expansion by fostering and prospecting new entrepreneurs within the state region of operation via networking, websites, databases, visits, and participation in local social events, contributing to the opening of new third-party units and potential management changes thereof; * Act as a Headhunter, identifying company needs to identify the most qualified candidates, applying and mediating optimal attraction and selection techniques to effectively support partnerships and ensure business sustainability; * Recruit and select new entrepreneurs with profiles suitable for the requirements of the unit under evaluation, ensuring candidates possess integrity and financial capacity for the business, personal and family structure, management capability, and other required qualifications, to approve the best candidate for the venture with the company’s relevant department and Management; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed postgraduate degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in Business Management activities. * Driver’s License: Category “B”.
