It is the ideal setting for those seeking more than just a job—they seek growth, impact, and purpose. **Mission** Ensure excellence in logistics operations through structured processes, rigorous control, and disciplined execution, directly contributing to inventory reliability, operational efficiency, and customer service quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure efficient material receipt by performing quantitative, qualitative, and documentary verification in accordance with internal standards and defined operational procedures; * Verify materials and documentation upon delivery and pickup, ensuring compliance with standards and mitigation of operational risks; * Perform order picking with focus on quality, productivity, and strict adherence to deadlines; * Support final verification and shipping processes, ensuring delivery accuracy and excellence in customer service; * Execute internal material movements with strategic awareness, pursuing operational efficiency, reduction of rework, and optimization of resources; * Support rotating and periodic inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy and reliability of system data; * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes, proactively analyzing failures, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions; * Report non-conformities assertively, contributing to standardization and increased operational reliability; * Actively contribute to the development, review, and improvement of logistics processes, aligned with the company’s professionalization journey; * Maintain an organized workplace according to 5S practices, ensuring operational discipline, safety, and efficiency; * Ensure high execution standards, accountability for results, and commitment to operational targets, KPIs, and SLAs. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (preferred) **Experience** * Prior experience in logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping) * Experience in environments with inventory control and inventory-taking **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of warehouse and logistics routines * Familiarity with ERP systems * Knowledge of verification processes (quantitative and qualitative) * Basic understanding of inventory control and inventory-taking * Knowledge of 5S practices **Differentiators** * Experience in environments undergoing operational setup or transformation * Exposure to logistics KPIs (accuracy, productivity, SLA, OTIF) * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Kaizen) * Analytical ability to identify issues and propose solutions * Experience in reducing rework and optimizing processes * Profile with a proven track record of high delivery and accountability for results **Valued Soft Skills** * Analytical and data-driven mindset * Proactivity and owner mentality * Strong execution capability and operational discipline * Organization and attention to detail * Clear and assertive communication * Resilience to operate in dynamic, evolving, and building-phase environments * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement * Commitment to goals and high-quality standards * Ability to work autonomously and responsibly
