***INITIAL TEMPORARY POSITION WITH POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT HIRING*** **Requirements:** Completed elementary education; Experience in production; Flexible availability for working hours; Residence in Monte Mor or easy access to the region. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in operating production machinery and equipment; * Support wood cutting activities; * Assist in product and fixture assembly; * Handle movement of materials and finished products; * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area and equipment; * Perform manual tasks such as nailing, tying, screwing, and stapling; * Perform packaging identification and stamping; * Support other production activities as needed. **Salary:** R$ 2\.013,00 **Benefits:** **During the temporary contract:** * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meal. **After permanent hiring:** * Transportation allowance; * Basic food basket; * On-site meal; * Attendance Bonus (Food Card worth R$ 500,00\); * Drogal Pharmacy Benefit Program; * Dental Plan (after probationary period). **Working Hours:** **First Shift:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM\.
