Work collaboratively with proactivity and willingness to learn We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Construction Laborer/Grader** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in cleaning and general organization of the construction site. * Support street leveling tasks * Handle tools and equipment. * Perform other tasks as required by the project, always aiming to maintain quality. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in civil construction (preferred). * Availability for travel. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a team.
