Controller Analyst

Description

**Responsibilities:** * Conduct comparative analyses between budgeted and actual figures, identifying variances and proposing adjustments; * Monitor and control the company’s direct and indirect costs, ensuring proper allocation; * Develop and track performance indicators related to costs and operational efficiency; * Prepare managerial reports with detailed cost and budget analysis to support management decisions; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization; * Participate in pricing development and financial projections for new projects or services; * Assist in standardizing and improving processes related to cost and budget control. **Requirements for this position:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in the transportation and logistics sector; * Familiarity with the SSW system; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related fields. **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance of BRL 29.80 per working day; Food basket; Fuel assistance or transportation voucher; Life insurance; Dental plan (available after probation period); AMIL health plan (available after probation period); Totalpass; Sálvia — Telemedicine; Breakfast at the office. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **Location:** R.
