It oversees all operations at a fertilizer manufacturing or blending facility, from raw material handling through to final product. **Position Description | Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Monitor product and process quality; * Act proactively to ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues; * Follow safety, quality, and process procedures; * Participate in projects aimed at improving quality and operational cost efficiency; * Move loads using equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hydraulic carts, electric hoists, etc.); * Update production records to ensure process traceability; * Serve as an autonomous maintenance technician within the plant; * Operate packaging machines; * Operate mixing tank systems for fertilizer production; * Perform separation and fractioning of raw materials and inputs; * Receive raw materials and inputs; * Load finished products. **Profile | Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this field or in a similar role is considered a plus; * Availability to work rotating shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. **Contact Information** -------------------------- People & Culture **Application Deadline** -------------------- January 5, 2026 **Knowledge Cultivated Through Diversity** Yara is committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment and takes pride in being an organization that offers equal opportunities to all.
