In each of these areas, we rely on committed leaders dedicated to delivering excellence—because this is the Intertechne way! . **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in **Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering**; * Completed **postgraduate studies**; * Experience in construction/implementation projects, preferably **Data Centers**; * Intermediate English (advanced level is a plus); * Knowledge of planning, cost control, leadership, and occupational safety; * Driver's license category B; * Willingness to work onsite in **Sumaré/SP**; * Residence within 60 km of the construction site. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage field teams, projects, and contracts with a focus on Data Center construction; * Plan and control project timelines, schedules, and budget; * Coordinate and supervise civil and electromechanical activities onsite; * Read and interpret engineering execution drawings; * Prepare technical and managerial documentation; * Ensure compliance with technical standards (ABNT/NBR) and safety regulations (NRs); * Propose improvements to processes, construction methods, and technical solutions; * Collaborate integrally with multidisciplinary teams. **Perks:** * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance (Reimbursement) * Gym Membership – TotalPass * Group Life Insurance
