Job Summary: A professional responsible for evaluating and receiving samples, recording information, resolving pending issues, and organizing material flow, in compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain workplace organization and comply with safety regulations. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 530,00 * Food Voucher: R$ 30,59 per day * Transportation Voucher (for public transportation) * Health Insurance Plan: Unimed * Dental Insurance Plan: Uniodonto * Gympass **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday * 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Evaluate sample receipt conditions in accordance with technical standards and internal procedures. * Receive internal and external clients and record information in departmental logs. * Measure and record the temperature of sample boxes on receipt forms. * Verify sample documentation and validate release for receipt. * Resolve pending issues related to samples (consulting, industry, and units). * Record technical traceability data in logs and the LIMS system. * Support the release of field-measured analytical results in the system. * Organize boxes for shipment to external laboratories. * Distribute received volumes and envelopes to internal departments. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Contribute suggestions for continuous process improvement. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in operational activities **• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Payment: Starting at R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
