Job Summary: Professional responsible for implementing and supervising the Quality Management System (QMS) on construction sites, ensuring compliance, conducting training sessions and audits, and monitoring quality indicators. Monitoring and control of quality indicators Description: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards is desirable; * Experience in internal and external audits, with a focus on process identification and improvement, is desirable; * Tools for monitoring and controlling quality indicators; * Supervise the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all construction sites, ensuring compliance with established standards and applicable regulations; * Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for the team to enhance competencies and ensure adherence to quality procedures; * Actively participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement; * Provide support and assistance to construction sites in developing and maintaining quality documentation, ensuring its integrity and compliance; * Monitor and control quality indicators, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary to achieve established objectives; * Conduct daily site visits as required by operational needs, ensuring work progress and quality; * Manage and maintain up-to-date records of team activities using spreadsheets and management systems, ensuring efficiency and organization; * Hold periodic meetings with the site manager to set goals, review progress, and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met. 2512070202191510850
