· Ensure the planning, execution, quality, results, and improvements of all accessory and closure sewing processes. Monitor employee performance, guiding them when necessary, aiming for quality · Analyze and verify the complementary technical data of the production order and the sewing characteristics, observing measurements and other necessary information to produce the item · Ensure organization. · Ensure the use of appropriate PPE for the process · Fill out maintenance orders and inform maintenance of priority · Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal procedures · Conduct training · Analyze and verify whether employees are complying with quality programs such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, etc. Ensure that all accessory and closure sewing processes have trained and qualified employees capable of performing the established tasks, checking and verifying the need for training and retraining if necessary. Train new employees to comply with job procedures, as well as improve through training the operational performance of both new and existing employees.
